The AI operations partner for businesses in Southeast Asia.

Find

We work out where AI actually pays off in your operations, and where it doesn't.

Build

We build it inside the stack you already run, on your own data and controls.

Run

We stay on afterwards — monitoring, maintaining and extending what we built.

Most of the cost is invisible, because it looks like work.

None of this shows up as a line item. It shows up as a team that is always slightly behind, and a month-end that always takes two people longer than it should.

Someone re-keys every delivery order into a second system.

The data already exists. It just doesn't move between the two things that need it.

A person spends every Friday assembling the same report.

Same sources, same format, same four hours, fifty times a year.

Quotes sit unanswered in an inbox for three days.

Not because nobody cares, but because nobody owns the inbox on a busy week.

How we work

  1. 01

    Consult

    2 to 3 weeks

We sit with the people doing the work and map where the time goes. You get a written assessment of which processes are worth automating, which are not, and what each one would cost to build and to keep running. If nothing is worth doing, we say so.

  2. 02

    Build

4 to 12 weeks per workflow

We build in your environment, one workflow at a time, starting with the one that pays back fastest. Where an off-the-shelf model fits, we use it. Where it doesn't, we build the custom tool or model that does.

  3. 03

    Managed retainer

    Ongoing, monthly

Automations break when the business changes: a new supplier format, a renamed field, a licence change. We monitor what we built, fix it when it drifts, and extend it as your operations grow.

It runs in your tenant, not ours.

For most clients that means Microsoft 365 — Power Automate, Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI. What we build is deployed into your own tenant and runs on your own data.

Your access controls

Permissions, conditional access and retention policies are the ones your IT team already set. We don't ask for exceptions to them.

Your audit trail

Every run is logged where your existing compliance and audit tooling can already see it.

Nothing copied out

Your documents and records are not exported to a third-party AI platform for us to work on them. There is no second copy of your data sitting somewhere else.

Where we work

Electrical distribution

Thousands of line items, supplier price lists arriving as PDFs, and quotes that have to be priced by hand before anyone can reply.

Multi-site F&B

Daily sales, stock counts and staffing sitting in a different place for every outlet, reconciled into one report once a week.

EV infrastructure

Field teams capturing readings and job evidence on a phone, on sites where the network is unreliable and the paperwork still has to be right.

Selected work — current engagement

RExharge

Recharge Xolutions Sdn. Bhd. — EV charging infrastructure

Field engineers photograph electrical meters on site, then retype the readings into a job form — ten photos and multiple number fields per job, on a phone, often with no signal. We're building a vision model that reads the numbers off the photos so the engineer confirms rather than types.

Who you're dealing with

Tan Kai Hooi

Founder

I’m a penultimate-year Data Science & AI student at NTU Singapore, working on agentic workflows and applied AI automation for real businesses rather than benchmarks. I’ve learned that picking the right business process to automate oftentimes matters more than how you automate it.

It’s why I founded Kaivera, an AI operations partner for businesses in Southeast Asia. We find where AI actually pays off in a company’s operations, build it, and keep it running — from automating the manual document and approval work that quietly eats a team’s time, to custom AI tools and models where off-the-shelf won’t do.

Right now I’m deepening my work in generative and agentic AI, and I’m always open to conversations on applied AI and automation — feel free to drop me a message!

Send one paragraph about the process that keeps costing you time. We'll tell you whether it's worth automating before anyone talks about a project.
